Best legislative and judicial Practices in EU Copyright

In light of Hugenholtz review of EUCD, what are the most progressive implementations in the various member states? For others to learn from an take over. For incorporating into a2k.

  • France: Global License
  • Hungary: mandatory collective management for making available right
  • Sweden: links to illegal stuff are not illegal
  • Germany: §52a

Aim: a charter a la: DRAFT EUROPEAN CHARTER FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND THE TAKE-UP OF FILM ONLINE (will bear the date of 23 May 2006) 1-3 Commendable practices in 3 areas with 2-8 subareas
