WOS will provide the chance to continue the debate about the GPL v3 draft

- in an international context outside the USA.
The following topics could be discussed:
- if the proposed changes are compatible with continental European legal system. In their (German) legal analysis of the GPL v3, Till Jaeger and Axel Metzger argue that the draft includes a few regulations that will result in disadvantages for software freedom vis-a-vis the GPL v2 in the continental European legal system.
- the issue of the anti-DRM regulation that have been criticized, among others, by Linus Torvalds.
