• by video, by photograph and audio recording of presentations and lectures
• by video, audio and photograph of exhibits and Wizards of OS 4 events
• of interviews with Wizards of OS 4 staff

for PR and press releases and any kind of off- and online documentation of Wizards of OS 4

and grants WOS e.V. the non-exclusive, non-compensated, irrevocable, territorially and temporally unlimited right to communicate the above mentioned documentation to the public.

Undersigned warrants that materials used in her/his presentation do not infringe on rights of third parties, and agrees to exempt WOS e.V. from all liability claims of third parties concerning infringement of copyright, privacy and competition law with respect to the materials used in the presentation.
